We are a regular supplier of temporary staff to the Industrial sector but we don't just concentrate on filling roles - we focus on training too.

Through our Workforce Training division we ensure temporary workers have a smooth path into a business and many clients call on us at short notice to run induction courses for temporary staff - allowing them to hit the ground running.

Our clients in the sector also call upon our Workforce team to:

  • Deliver basic skills training
  • Provide candidates with new or refreshed manual handling skills

Monday to Friday

* Emptying the cardboard bins from each line and taking them out to the skip. They need to be prepared to work outside in all weather conditions. We do have some wet gear.
* Keeping the lines supplied with materials.
* Emptying the bins in the toilets and warehouses. Also the bin outside the kitchen outside.
* Keeping the warehouse aisles swept and clear of debris. Also sweeping of the bathrooms as and when required.
* Sanitising pump trucks and door handles.

10.67 Per Hour - Permanent

Hours:

A shift - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every second Wednesday 6am - 6pm
B Shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every second Wednesday 6am - 6pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
Working within a small production team, the successful candidates will be responsible for organising and running a production line, conducting line checks, recording critical control processes e.g weights and codes, and handling and packing a variety of seafood products.
Ensure GMP practices are always adhered to within your areas.
Coach and mentor team members. Identify training needs.
Manage staff performance (output, timekeeping, L&D activity, compliance training).
Ensure production is compliant to all legal and technical requirements, all paperwork to be complete and to the required standard.
Ensure daily plan is completed in full and where not reasons why are communicated to the Assistant Packing Manager in a timely manner.
Assist with pre productions within the area, obtain accurate information to ensure a smooth and effective product launch.
Align with Assistant Packing Manager in decision making processes and issue resolution where necessary.
Effective early communication of issues to the team.
Ensure all equipment is used correctly and returned in good condition.
Candidates must be:

Hardworking
experience of pro-ceil and multiple change over and hands on approach
Able to communicate with others and understand written records and documents
Team Player
Reliable
Able to use initiative

Previous experience of working in the food industry would be an advantage. However full training will be provided

Job title: Warehouse Operative

Salary: 8.21
Hours: 6am-2pm

Day to Day duties will include the following:

* Working in a fast paced goods department
* Issuing and returning stock to and from production department on time
* Rotating stock
* Ensuring stock is stored correctly
* Regular stock counts to ensure stock levels are correct at all times

As a roll cage repairer you will be required to;

• Repair roll cages using hand tools and battery operated equipment.
• You will be required to fit/strip roll cage components and carry out general roll cage maintenance duties.
• You will also be required to carry out MIG welding.
• You will be required to use a company smartphone to scan and record work activity.
• You will work as part of a team to fulfil a daily requirement of completed cages from the site


The specific requirements for this role are;

• Must be reliable, punctual and able to get yourself to the site and back on a daily basis to fit in with shift pattern.
• Previous experience in MIG welding advantageous, though training will be given.
• Ideally suited to individuals from a mechanical background.
• Be physically fit due to nature of work.
• Understand and be able to use smartphone apps.
• Be able to speak and read a basic level of English language
