Job Title:Customer Service Advisor
Location:Solihull
Salary:17,582-17,921
Hours: 38.75per week working over 3 rotating shifts:
Early: 07.30 to16:30
Days:10.30 to 19:00
Lates: 11.30 to 20:00
Saturdays: as part of your rota with a day off exchanged in the week

Our client is an award winning provider of outsource services and due to expansion is looking to recruit experienced customer service advisors to join their growing team.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• Speaking with customers in financial services regarding credit accounts from various retailers
• Responding to balance and payment requests
• Dealing with store queries from retailers regarding complex refunds and investigations


As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Previous customer service experience either face to face or over the telephone
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work within a fast paced environment
• Loves learning and happy to receive feedback daily regarding performance
• Enjoys the challenge of working to targets
• Career progression available for the right candidates
